One of our senior management team will work with you during the explore phase to explore the possibilities and develop an initial design brief. This process reveals your vision, including the features you want most in your new home, as well as unique aspects of your and your family's lifestyle and, most importantly, your budget.
We invest time upfront to ensure that we are well-positioned to get the most out of the design stage and take advantage of all available opportunities.
STEP
After your project's design principles and budgets have been agreed upon, you will be introduced to our in-house Design Architect, who will take a detailed design brief. This includes a thorough information session in which we go over the aspects of your block that must be considered as well as your desired outcomes.
Our Design Architect will then walk you through a unique and exciting design process, including concept sketches, floor plans, and 3D renderings. This is where you will see how we use your vision to inspire the design and flow of your home, allowing it to be uniquely tailored to your lifestyle.
STEP
After your design has been approved, you will have the thrilling task of choosing the finishes for your home. We can even schedule a joinery appointment and meeting with an electrical specialist to finalise all of your electrical and data requirements. This is all done in preparation for your quotation.
Documents such as contract will be prepared once you agree with the proposed quotation, and permits will be ordered once you sign them, all while your home is being prepared for construction.
STEP
Your dedicated Supervisor will be introduced to you as construction begins. They will oversee every aspect of your build throughout this stage, working to deadlines and adhering to our high level of detail and quality standards. They will also give you scheduled updates on the progress of your home, so you are always informed.
